Around early 2018, a kitting company Xytron BVI (established 1986) expressed an interest in supporting a local presence in the GCC in the form of a JV and in particular in the one of Free Trade Zones. This company has for many years provided complete electronic component kits to support contract manufacturers and OEMs to enable just in time production. This company has for many years represented Globally recognized major component brands. They also established some of their own house brands in co-operation with high quality ISO certified component producers.
Their request was that a company, Xytron UAE, was to be established. In turn a direct relationship with Xytron BVI’s franchise partners and house brand producers was facilitated and which ensures the supply of material directly into the free trade zone under the very competitive conditions that are enabled by these franchise agreements.
A survey of the market was conducted and it was concluded that such a venture shall be well received in the GCC. Under these conditions the Xytron UAE sales office and warehouse was established in Jebel Ali and is poised to support the local and regional market with a huge range of top quality, electronic components, equipment and instruments at very competitive prices and lead times.
With the full support of this thirty six year old establishment, and huge inventory, Xytron UAE is now very well placed to provide unmatched service in providing quick turnarounds for standard and hard to find products. With long established partnerships with major manufacturers, Xytron UAE shall be in a position to offer highly competitive prices against all major Global distributors.
