- Each sensor is calibrated in a precision humidity calibration chamber.
- The calibration coefficients are stored in the OTP memory as a program, and these calibration coefficients are called internally during the processing of the detection signal.
- The sensor consists of a capacitive sensing element and an NTC temperature measuring element connected to a high performance 8-bit microcontroller.
- Communication with the microprocessor via a single bus requires only one line, 40 bits of data at a time, high first out. Small size, low power consumption, long communication distance, can be used in demanding applications.
